What is Coaching Credentialing?
Coaching is an evolving profession, but it’s not fully regulated. Credentialing by bodies like ICF, EMCC, or AC ensures your coach meets rigorous standards for training, ethics, and ongoing development.

1. How long is a typical coaching session?
A standard coaching session lasts between 40 to 60 minutes. The length can be tailored to your needs and what we agree upon as part of your coaching structure.
2. How can I know if Constantinos is the right coach for me?
Great coaching begins with connection. That’s why I offer a free 30-minute Discovery Call. It’s an opportunity for us to meet, discuss your goals, and see if we’re the right fit for one another.
3. Do you offer coaching packages?
Yes. I provide customized coaching packages designed around your needs—whether you’re navigating a leadership transition, scaling your business, or strengthening your personal presence. We’ll co-create a structure that aligns with your goals and current challenges.
4. How are the sessions conducted?
All sessions are currently held online via Webex, Teams or Google Meets. This offers flexibility and allows you to join from wherever you are. You’ll receive a private session link once we confirm your appointment.
5. What languages are sessions available in?
I coach in English and Greek, depending on your preference and comfort.
6. Is coaching confidential?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of my coaching practice. Everything discussed during our sessions is kept private and secure, so you can feel safe to express yourself openly.
7. How many sessions will I need?
There’s no one-size-fits-all. After your Discovery Call or initial session, we’ll assess where you are, where you want to go, and define the best path forward. Some clients work with me for 3 months, others for 6 or more. It depends on your goals, pace, and commitment.
8. Will I need to commit to long-term coaching?
No lifelong commitments here. You’re in the driver’s seat. However, for meaningful and lasting transformation, I recommend an initial commitment of one month. This gives us enough space to build trust, clarify direction, and take action.
9. What if I have a question that isn’t listed here?

10. What’s your rescheduling, cancellation or refund policy?
I understand things come up. Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. For more details, please refer to the Session Agreement shared during onboarding.

No preparation is needed. Just bring yourself. Come as you are—with curiosity, openness, and whatever is most present for you right now.
